 New Orleans Residents Depressed As Saints Stink Again.
With their ‘07 season off to a horrible start, the New Orleans Saints are no longer healing the community like they did last year. Last season, post Katrina New Orleans rallied around their team’s first winning season in years, easily forgetting that they were just hit by a class 5 hurricane. But as the losses mount this year, suddenly people are realizing that they now urinate where their sofas used to sit.
Said New Orleans resident and avid Saints fan Eddy Gordeaux after the Saints’ most recent loss, “This place is a freakin’ wreck. I can’t believe I’ve been living out of an old refrigerator for a year.”
